Cancellation Policy
This agreement is between Grace Miah (Artist) and (Client) under the following terms: 1. EVENT INFORMATION: This paint night/art lessons is for an Acrylic Paint Party The event will take place on a set date and location provided by client , Also indicating the number of people attendance who will be painting on the date of the event. Should the number of participants change, please inform the Artist as soon as possible as this may affect final costs. The Artist will be at the location of the event 1 hour prior to the time they are expected to start instructing. 2. ART INFORMATION: The Client will be given numerous image options to select from prior to the date of the event. In the event that the Client would like to request a new image for their paint night, an additional fee of $25 will be added to the overall cost of services. 3. SERVICES (from Artist): Artist agrees to be responsible for providing the following services during paint night/art lessons: o 3 Hours of Paint Time. o All of the necessary art supplies (paint brushes, paint, canvas for each participant, aprons, pallets and easel). o 3 Hours of Art Instruction. 4. PROJECT COSTS AND PAYMENTS:Â The cost of the paint night/art lessons is $60 per person . A non-refundable 30% deposit is required in order for you to secure your booking. The Client should inform the Artist within 3 days from the date of the event regarding final numbers. Should the number of participants decrease, the Client will be responsible for paying for the original number of participants, as stated in Section 1. Should the number of participants increase, the Client should inform the Artist to ensure the necessary amount of supplies are made available at the event. A new invoice will also be sent to the Client. The remaining payment is due the day of the paint night and should be received prior to the start of the event. 5. CANCELLATION: If the Client cancels their requested services less than 4 business days from the date of the event, the Artist will keep the 30% non-refundable deposit. If the Artist cancels, Clients get their deposit back and will receive a 5% discount on their next Grace Miah Artistry Acrylic paint event.
